Leave No One Behind

Your growth will continue once you return home as we stay connected to you. Following one of Unbroken Spirit’s Guiding Principles: “Leave No One Behind” you will be assigned a Mentor to guide you through our Post Deployment Program. The focus of this phase of training is to continue to build self-confidence and a sense of purpose so you can lead yourself effectively and serve as a leader for your family, community, and nation.

Armed with a new purpose

We will ask you to do some community service project you choose. Your mentor will assist you and we will provide all the necessary resources you need.

This will allow you to practice the skills you learned in our program. However, your learning doesn’t stop as we will continue to provide you with consistent high-quality learning experiences over a six-month period, including some advanced leadership training.

Accountability and feedback

Accountability and feedback are two essential components of our effective learning programs. Your Mentor will help with both, but we will also ask you to identify and enlist a feedback partner to help make the learning stick. This could be someone that you went through our training program with someone you can meet with between sessions to hold each other accountable. The concept is to share successes and give feedback on tackling challenges.
