Trevor Baxter

Expedition Team Leader

Trevor Baxter is a U.S. Army Veteran and former Warrant Officer who flew the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior during his six years of active-duty service. After separating from the military in 2014, Trevor remained committed to supporting the veteran community through mentorship and outdoor experiences.

He joined Unbroken Spirit in October 2024 following his participation in Team 1-24 and humanitarian relief work post-Hurricane Helene. As an Assistant Expedition Leader, Trevor brings strong leadership, a passion for the outdoors, and a deep connection to the veteran experience. He is certified in Wilderness First Responder (WFR), CPR, AED, and EPI administration. Trevor lives in western North Carolina with his wife, Liv, and their beloved cat, Tuxford.
