Lisa McCranie
Fitness and Nutrition Consultant
Lisa is an Air Force Veteran with 13 years on Active Duty as a Pilot in the C-17, MC-12, T-6, and Twin Otter. Upon leaving the military she attended several schools to enhance her knowledge of fitness and health. Throughout her life she has always been invested in fitness while teaching others what she has learned along the way.
In 2019 she competed for Team Air Force in the Warrior Games and then for Team USA in the 2020 Invictus Games. This is where she saw how the power of sport can help people through being wounded, ill, or injured.
Two of the most challenging things she has done include cycling nearly 500 miles over Colorado’s Rocky Mountains within 5 days during Ride the Rockies as well as the 80-mile roundtrip hike to Everest Base Camp. Lisa is passionate about helping other Veterans through holistic modalities to improve their health and well-being.
